Tree Pruning and Canopy Lifting
Does your yard seem crowded by trees making it difficult to use or entertain? If so, Canopy Lifting or general tree removal can create amazing results. We can’t remove large trees or do heavy tree
Love the look of beautifully manicured hedges but don’t have the time to do them yourself? Hedges can quickly turn into messy looking trees without a little bit of regular trimming. Rolled into a regular maintenance program with every second or third lawn mow, your hedges can really become the talking point of your yard.
Late August to Mid-September is the time to spray bindiis. Bindiis begin to grow towards the end of winter but don’t fully mature and harden until later in September. They must be sprayed before they mature otherwise even if they are sprayed they will retain their woody prickles. No amount of unkempt lawn or overgrown hedges will ruin a yard like the presence of bindiis. We also use Selective Broad-leaf sprays and generic poisons to cultivate a beautiful lawn.
Do you have some problematic Palm trees? You’re not alone. They can quickly make your yard look like a disaster area. Getting rid of a few fronds with each cut is the only way to handle them. Otherwise they’ll sit around and get messy and mouldy causing big ugly expensive clean ups that no one likes doing.
The traditional plants used for hedging in Britain are Beech, Box, Holly, Lavender, Hemlock, Hawthorn and quite a few others. Here in Australia we typically use Box, Lilly Pilly, Viburnum, Photinia and Murraya which are exceptionally hardy plants and perfect for our Aussie climate.
